From poignant political jabs from a self-proclaimed “rube” to songs about escaping the fate of life growing up in the only town you know. Chasing destiny to change the path of the working class routine. Keeping faith in something: be it love, hard times, family, friends or good tunes played from the heart on the front porch. “Restless Rubes” allows you to feel the plight of the Southern small town working class band.
Musically they have more in common with 70’s power pop and Southern classic rock than punk rock, often turning gospel-inspired melodies back on themselves with an attack from a powerful distorted riff, leaving you only to be captured later by the memory of a chorus you just can’t shake. “Restless Rubes” is pop perfection. It is clean, loud, dynamic, and truly classic! It’s a powerful pop album in its truest sense. This is a sleeper album that years from now will be passed on from friend to friend and timelessly enjoyed.

when you create a playlist in itunes – select all the tracks and under the “sorting” tab, title the “sort album” as the name of the playlist, and under the “options” tab, click the “part of a complilation” check box and select “yes”. easy peasy. that way it doesn’t change the name of the artists or albums, but the playlist stays organized.
oh – i missed a step… after you’ve selected all the tracks, right click and choose “get info”. it’ll ask you if you want to edit multiple artist info… just say yes.
i make a lot of playlists…
I CAN’T F&%#ING BELIEVE IT! This news is better than Christmas!

i so wish i could make this. gonna be a great time.
Should play the Dover Brick House in Dover, NH. Two Cow Garage gets a lot of play in the bar and they have a great set up for live shows.
I am pretty thrilled about tonights St Pete show. I have not seen Drag/Jon in over a year. Even though they’ve been back to FL several times since. That article by Scott on Nine Bullets pretty much sums up my thoughts on DTR and music in general.
