Kyle O’ Quin from Kay Kay and His Weathered Underground recently finished recording his debut, solo album and let me just say that I haven’t stopped listening to the album since Kyle sent it to me a few weeks ago. Kyle said of the album, “I’ve been meaning to record an Elliott Smith style record where I play everything for awhile and I finally got around it.” The record is fantastic and if all goes well, we will be putting out the album on Suburban Home. Stay tuned.

And take a gander at the dates listed below as Kyle is on tour with Seattle’s Let’s Get Lost, a band that Kyle and Phil from Kay Kay recently recorded and produced and if I might say so, are definitely worth checking out. So listen to both artists and then come out to one of the following shows if the tour comes to a town near you.
