A few weeks back, we were invited to help out our new friends at Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey. Pretty much the entire Suburban Home staff and a few of our friends took the better part of the day to help bottle over 2,500 bottles of Whiskey. We had a fantastic time and for our hard work, each of us got a free bottle of Stranahan’s. I am not saying this just because their distillery is now just 6 blocks from our office, but I think Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey is one fo the finest bottles of whiskey on the planet. Not only is it delicious, but I love the fact that they hand-write each label to distinguish which batch it was made out of and what they were listening to at the time. I got to personally hand-write a few of the labels so out in circulation somewhere are labels that read, “Listening to….Drag the River, Tim Barry, Look Mexico, Austin Lucas, Kay Kay and His Weathered Underground, Mike Hale, Joey Cape, Yesterday’s Ring, Jon Snodgrass, Chad Price, and more”. Find one out there, buy it, and email me a photo and I will send you some free music.
If you haven’t already done so, find a bottle of Stranahan’s and take it home. You will be so glad you did. Thanks Jake and Stranahan’s for the opportunity to help out. We had an amazing time.
