The kind folks at No Idea sent us a promo of Transition Video Magazine #2 and we watched it today over lunch. Very cool stuff. It starts with a great segment with our very own Tim Barry as he takes the Transition folks through a Cemetery, through the Rivanna Junction, his favorite river, and he educates us all on a little bit of Virginia history. He also performs a very cool Woodie Guthrie cover with Josh Small which I would die to get a copy of. Other notable features include interviews and performances by Propagandhi, Ted Leo, Lucero, and a pretty neat piece with David Hays (one of the founding members of Lookout Records). I highly recommend checking out this DVD as it has some very cool stuff on it.
